No, pets are not allowed. LeoBBB is not designed for that.
Yes. There are 7 parking spots available for 12 rooms. Within 100 meters you will find a free parking lot for the remaining rooms. Loading and unloading is always possible at the entrance of LeoBBB.

Yes of course! Secured stalling of your bicycle is possible depending on the space available.
Yes, we have a bicycle pump, fit for every type of valve.
Yes, but ONLY in the designated bicycle storage. Charging is NOT allowed in the rooms, due to fire hazard. Sockets are available in the storage.
Yes, we have 16 Fatbikes, 5 E-bikes and 4 regular bicycles for rent.

Yes, Leo organizes Fatbike tours on request, on average 2 to 2.5hours. The tours are always scheduled to take place early afternoon.

There are evenings where a late check-in might be difficult to arrange. On Fridays we are used to late check-ins, but kindly do inform me
In the morning between 11.00 and 12.30h it is oftentimes also possible to check-in, but you will not be able to enter your room yet. You are free however to come and go as you wish. If there are few check-outs that day, you might be able to enter your room before 4 p.m.
You may check-out between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.
On request you can check out from 8 a.m, but not after 11 a.m.
The breakfast is buffet-style.

Only in the Studios.
Only the studios (1st floor) have a kitchenette equipped with two hotplates and a few pots. It is not intended however to prepare full meals, instead, you may use it to heat up soup for example.

That is possible in 2 of the rooms (1 room on the ground floor and one room on the first floor).
We have a triple room on the first floor, which also contains a couch that can be transformed into a double bed. The room could house five persons in total, but it would become a little crowded. Two adults and two small children would work fine.

Yes, that is correct. In weekends you can only book for a minimum of two nights. There may be exceptions which can only be discussed by phone.
